Developed by Landeavor, Oakland Park is 258 acres, designed to respect nature and connect people. Currently, the community has over 300 homes and will grow to approximately 750 homes.
Oakland Park’s layout was inspired by small towns of the early twentieth century. Houses are close to the street to foster social interaction, while creating picturesque streetscapes. The developer integrated the natural environment in a way that entices you to get out and enjoy life, and designed everything to connect you with the experiences and activities you desire. Oakland Park is at the forefront of the Traditional Neighborhood Design Movement. Nestled amongst beautiful Heritage Oak Trees, Oakland Park is a community which is steeped in history and offers a serene setting and a slower pace of life.
Leland was named the management company for Oakland Park in March of 2019. Leland manages all aspects of association side of Oakland Park.Leland currently has a Community Manager and Lifestyle Director working with Oakland Park. The Lifestyle program encompasses all the events and programs desired by the homeowners. Activities range from holiday events, to yoga in the park, to Bike and Dine events, and so much more. The Lifestyle program is designed to enrich the founding principles of Oakland Park so that residents can engage in social interaction while enjoying the picturesque streetscapes and natural environment.
